While being logged in to your account, reach out to your account page. Click on "Manage Subscription" under the subscription section.
Click "Cancel Subscription" and "No, continue to cancel" on the next page
Provide your feedback and click "Cancel My Subscription"
Once the cancel button is clicked, your subscription will be set to cancel at the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. If you need more information, you can always reach out to support at [email protected].
